EASP Small Group Meeting Granada 2026

Last February (from the 4th to the 6th), the Social Psychology Laboratory organised the 2026 Small Meeting on “Broadening our understanding of alliances for social change: conflict and cooperation as independent and co-existing”. With over 40 participants, the SGM attracted researchers from many parts of the world (including Australia, Canada, Turkey and the United States, amongst others).

Despite the orange weather alert, the SGM was characterised by an atmosphere of learning, innovation and the pursuit of better societies. Together, we engaged in discussions regarding the psychological underpinnings of social mobilisation, as well as the processes and consequences of intergroup alliances.
